Homecare Remodeling Referral Program

• Participants must be at least eighteen years old.
• Referrals must be new clients with no prior record or activity with Homecare Remodeling.
• Only one referrer may receive credit for the same client.

To qualify, the referral form must be submitted before the referred person’s first meeting with Homecare Remodeling.

Referrals submitted after their first meeting will not qualify.

You must have the person’s permission before sharing their information with us.

A referral qualifies only when:

• The referred person is a brand new client to Homecare Remodeling.
• Their information is submitted through the official referral form before their first meeting.
• They sign a contract for a remodeling project with Homecare Remodeling.
• All required project documentation and steps are completed.

A client is considered new only once. Example: if your referral signs a kitchen project and later returns for a bathroom project, that second project does not qualify for an additional reward.

• The referral reward is a two hundred dollar Amazon gift card for each qualifying new client.
• Gift cards are issued two weeks after the signed proposal date.
• Rewards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
• Referral rewards are only issued based on new client contracts that meet the conditions listed above.

• If you have worked with Homecare Remodeling before and return for another project, a $200 credit will be applied to your next project.
• The repeat client credit is applied as a project credit and is not issued as a gift card or cash.
• The repeat client reward is separate from the Referral Program and does not affect your ability to earn referral rewards for new clients you refer.
• Only one repeat client credit may be applied per new project contract.

Homecare Remodeling is required to collect a W 9 from any participant who earns $600 or more in referral rewards within a calendar year.

A 1099 will be issued for taxable income as required by the IRS.

Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

• Referrals already in our system before your submission will not qualify.
• Rewards are not issued for additional projects completed by the same client.
• Fraudulent or incomplete submissions void eligibility.

Homecare Remodeling may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or repeat client benefits at any time without prior notice.

Changes will not affect referrals submitted before the change that already meet all qualifying conditions.

By participating in the program, you agree that Homecare Remodeling is not liable for:

• Delays in processing rewards
• Lost, stolen, or misdirected gift cards
• Technical issues with referral submissions
• Any damages or losses arising from participation in the program

Homecare Remodeling may disqualify any participant who violates these terms.
